Taste and sustainability are key to us so we take pride in the fact we source our beef from Meat Matters Ltd. All our beef is ex-dairy and then aged for between 30-40 days depending on the cut. This ensures maximum possible flavour whilst being sustainable given every animal has had a working life. You will notice the difference!
